This week, I was lucky enough to have inspired a gentleman friend to cook for me! He put together a very delicious green curry, and for my part, I madeĀ this coconut sticky rice with mango. It was extremely simple, and delicious! I substituted white sugar for brown, but that didn’t make much of a difference. It worked out so well that I made it again for a work party, to much acclaim. And it makes a great breakfast, as it turns out.
